Sales Conditions

Products will be reserved for 4 days. If during this period we don´t receive the payment, order will be canceled.


We guarantee that all your data will be protected and will only be used to send orders and information about the shop.

Fees are included in all items.

Shipping costs

All orders add shipping costs.

You will be informed of the shipping cost before you confirm your order.


You can make payments by Paypal (credit card), Bank Transfer or ATM (Only Portuguese bank system).


Paypal is a secure payment method used worldwide. More information at http://www.paypal.com

Bank Transfer

After make the bank transfer you must send proof to our e-mail: loja@surftotal.com, mentioning the order number. We only shipping de order after payment.

Multibanco (Only Portuguese Bank System)


After payment, your order will be shipped the next business day, unless we are out of stock. In this case you will be promptly contacted by our team.

Orders are sent usually using the CTT – Correios de Portugal (Portuguese Mail carrier).

Orders will be shipped by CTT only on weekdays in:

Portugal - within 3 Working Days
Europe - within 5 Working Days

Delivery times are indicative and are therefore considered valid when there is no physical or structural impediments: incorrect and / or incomplete addresses, strikes, loss of connection, bad weather, etc.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent once we shipped your order

All orders placed Monday - Thursday (not including holidays) are shipped next day.

Orders placed on Friday will be shipped next Monday.

Delivery times may vary due to local postal services.

If the costumer don’t receive the order in due time, it should contact the Customer Service by e-mail: loja@surftotal.com or phone (weekdays 9am-6pm): +351 961 428 493. An investigation will immediately be made to the carrier (Note that this procedure may take several days) and the order will be send again.

WARNING: If your order is returned to us for reasons unrelated to SurfTotal Shop (if you provided a wrong address, for instance) return costs associated with the order will be charged to you.


Whatever the case, if you're dissatisfied with your order, you can return it within 15 days of receipt. Items must be returned to us in original condition. Products returned incomplete, damaged or used will not be accepted.

SurfTotal Shop will refund the customer as quickly as possible.

The customer will be refunded by Bank Transfer. You will be required to send us an email with your account details and full name of the holder to proceed to refund .


Items have 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

The returned item is always checked. In case of misuse,  the guarantee is withdrawn.
